The salmon at Sushi Go is hard to beat, primarily because of its dramatically bold fat striations. The stunning contrast between the deep orange flesh and the thick, pearly white fat makes every piece both beautiful and incredibly rich. Those heavy fat strips melt in your mouth, making for a truly delicious, buttery bite that elevates the sushi.

Great little place. Fresh sushi, huge rolls, and delicious!! We ordered the shaggy dog roll and crunchy California roll. You can see from the pictures, they make large rolls with good portions.
